摘要
建立了土壤中16种多环芳烃和8种有机氯农药的前处理方法,对比了不同提取溶剂、提取温度以及不同的净化方法对多环芳烃和有机氯农药回收率的影响。结果表明,以正己烷/丙酮(V/V,1︰1)为提取溶剂,提取温度为90℃时,目标物的提取效率均在80%以上,采用弗罗里硅土小柱净化土壤样品,目标物的回收率为82.2%~93.9%,均能满足实验要求。
The pretreatment methods of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and 8 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in soil were established. The effects of different extraction solvents, extraction temperature and different purification methods on the recovery of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organochlorine pesticides were compared. The results showed that when n-hexane/acetone(V/V, 1︰1) was used as the extraction solvent and the extraction temperature was 90 ℃, the extraction efficiency of the target compounds was more than 80 %. The recovery rate of the target compounds was 82.2 %~93.9 % by using Florisil column to purify soil samples, which could meet the requirement of experiment.
