摘要
工程教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,长期以来对于高校人才培养起到了巨大的推动作用。笔者以化工专业为例,结合多年的教学实践经验,从新时代对化工专业人才培养提出的新要求、化工专业人才培养的基本特点、工程教育对化工专业人才培养的助推作用、工程教育背景下化工专业人才培养提升策略四个方面予以分析和讨论,希望通过我们的研究,为高校人才培养质量的提高、为工程教育在高校的进一步推广提供借鉴。
Engineering Education is an important part of higher education in our country, which has played a great role in promoting talent cultivation in colleges and universities for a long time. Taking chemical engineering as an example, the author combines years of practical teaching experience, this paper analyzes and discusses the new requirements for the cultivation of chemical engineering talents in the new era, the basic characteristics of the cultivation of chemical engineering talents, the boosting effect of engineering education on the cultivation of chemical engineering talents, and the strategies for the cultivation and promotion of chemical engineering talents under the background of engineering education, we hope that through our research, to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, engineering education in the further promotion of reference.
