摘要
本文在仪器分析实验教学中,积极探索实践线上线下混合教学模式。主要以"高效液相色谱法测定肉桂酸的含量"为例,阐述教学中教学主体和客体的角色转变,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的实验操作技能。提升自主学习、独立思考和创新能力,提高实验效果。
The exploration base on based on the online and offline mixed teaching in Instrumental Analysis Experiment. Taking " The determination of cinnamic acid by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)"as an example. This paper expounds the role transformation of teaching subject and object in teaching. Result shows that Mixed Teaching Model is conducive to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their experimental skills, And than Improve students’ ability of independent learning, independent thinking and innovation, and improve the experimental effect.
