摘要
以同济大学某工科学院近五年204名博士学位获得者为研究对象,对其在校期间发表学术论文的数量和质量进行统计分析,并从年龄性别、入学方式、考生来源、生源院校等方面,探索科研绩效与生源差异的相关性,以期为博士生招生选拔、提高博士生培养质量提供借鉴和参考。
This paper takes 204 doctoral degree recipients of an engineering college in Tongji University as the research object,and makes statistical analysis on the quantity and quality of their academic papers published during the past five years,and explores the correlation between scientific research performance and student source differences from the aspects of age and gender,enrollment mode,candidates'source,and source colleges and universities,so as to provide references for doctoral candidates'enrollment and selection and improve the quality of doctoral training reference.
