在道德与法治教育的发展过程中",培养"一直是出现频率很高的词,高效、速成、快餐式导致道德与法治教育缺少了"悟"的过程。学生的培养更加需要真心的陪伴,在陪伴中体验、感悟、启心,教师应顺应学生的成长规律,让学生慢慢走,慢慢悟,慢慢长,这样的陪伴才能在学生心中打下深刻的烙印。从而回应时代思想文化建设的主旋律,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,完成新时代学校德育的使命。

In the development process of morality and the rule of law,"cultivation"has always been a word with high frequency.It is efficient,quick and fast,resulting in the lack of a process of"enlightenment"in moral and legal education.The cultivation of students needs more sincere companionship.To experience,feel and enlighten in the companionship,teachers should let go of the dignity of the teacher,conform to the growth law of students,walk slowly,realize slowly,and grow slowly.Only this kind of companionship can be among the students,deeply imprinted in my heart.Thus responding to the main theme of the ideological and cultural construction of the times,and cultivating newcomers of the times who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation,has become the mission of school moral education in the new era.
