新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的全球暴发,给世界各国人民带来了巨大的恐慌和灾难。面对突发公共卫生事件,学术期刊编辑承担起了自己的社会责任,充分利用行业特点,凝聚团队力量,通过网络积极参与行业、学会、学术机构组织的相关活动,利用先进的科学技术手段,尽快邀约、刊发与此相关的学术论文,扩大期刊的社会影响,体现期刊的社会价值,实现期刊的社会效益。在此期间,《唐都学刊》编辑主体组建相关专栏,积极邀约与疫情相关的专题稿件,进一步完善了特殊时期稿件处理流程等相关制度,优质高效地做好学刊的编辑出版工作。

The global outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought great panic and disaster to people all over the world. In the face of public health emergencies, academic journal editors assume their social responsibilities, make full use of industry characteristics, gather team strength, actively participate in related activities organized by industry, and use advanced scientific and technological means to invite and publish academic papers related to this as soon as possible, thus embodying the social value of journals. The editorial body of Journal of Tang Du set up a column, actively invited special manuscripts related to epidemic situation, further improved the manuscript processing process in special period and other related systems, and did a good job in editing and publishing the journal with high quality and efficiency.
