江苏省高等教育服务贸易比较研究

Comparative study on higher education service trade in Jiangsu Province

江苏省高等教育服务贸易在国内存在比较优势,但与国际经济教育发达国家或地区相比还存在较大差距。文章将江苏省高等教育服务贸易发展情况与国内其他地区和美国、澳大利亚相比较分析,发现江苏省高等教育服务贸易在国内存在基础设施、贸易规模等方面的优势,而与美国和澳大利亚两国相比存在教育质量、教育理念、宣传手段等一些比较劣势,进而提出借鉴美国和澳大利亚成功经验发展江苏省高等教育服务贸易的针对性对策建议。

Higher education service trade in Jiangsu province has comparative advantages in China,but there is still a big gap compared with the countries or regions that have developed international economy and education.This paper compares the development of higher education service trade in Jiangsu province with other regions in China,the United States and Australia.It is found that higher education service trade in Jiangsu province has the advantages of infrastructure and trade scale,while there are some disadvantages in comparison with the United States and Australia in terms of education quality,educational concept and propaganda means.Then some countermeasures and suggestions for developing higher education service trade in Jiangsu province are put forward based on the successful experience of the United States and Australia.
