集束化护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的研究进展

本文主要对集束化护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的研究现状进行了综述,阐述内容有呼吸机相关性肺炎的流行病学分析及相关因素分析、集束化护理预防VAP研究现状,其中主要阐述了集束化方案的构建原则、应用的广泛性及构成元素的多元化,并对其构成元素进行了详细的阐述。结论得出集束化护理方案的构建应在循证医学的基础上按照科学的方法进行,其在保证较好的依从性条件下可有效降低VAP的发生,缩短患者机械通气时间和ICU留滞时间。

This paper mainly reviews the current research situation of cluster nursing to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia,expounds the epidemiological analysis and related factors analysis of ventilator-associated pneumonia,the research status of cluster nursing prevention VAP,mainly expounds the construction principle,the wide application and the diversity of constituent elements of cluster nursing scheme,and expounds its constituent elements in detail.It is concluded that the construction of cluster nursing scheme should be carried out according to scientific method on the basis of evidence-based medicine,which can effectively reduce the occur⁃rence of VAP under better compliance conditions,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU retention.
