The temperature bushings have fallen off after passing the performance test point of a 4×150 MW thermal power plant.The analysis of the cause,the design and construction of the source components of the high-temperature and high-pressure steam pipelines in thermal power plants were discussed,which provided a reference for the handling of corresponding problems after commissioning.
