Reliability of Electronic Components and Screening

电子应用组件的工作是整个电子应用设备和系统的技术基础,其可靠性将对整个电子设备系统工作电源效率的有效提高产生直接而重要的影响。随着各种类型和产品的电子科学元件数量的不断增加,如何不断提高其质量可靠性、检测和数据筛选能力是首要考虑的问题。主要对各种电光元件的稳定性和可靠性以及测试后的筛选结果进行了简要的统计分析。

The work of electronic application component is the technical foundation of the whole electronic application equipment and system,and its reliability will have a direct and important impact on the effective improvement of the power efficiency of the whole electronic equipment system.With the increasing number of electronic scientific components of various types and products,how to continuously improve their quality reliability,detection and data screening ability is the primary consideration.In this paper,the stability and reliability of various electro-optic components and the screening results after testing are analyzed.
