孤独症谱系障碍外周血潜在生物标志物的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组以社交障碍与限制性刻板行为和兴趣狭窄为核心症状的神经发育障碍性疾病,目前患病率高达1/54,但病因与发病机制尚不明确。寻找能客观有效地预测ASD危险因素或筛查可疑ASD儿童的生物标志物,已成为研究热点。近年ASD的外周血潜在生物标志物研究取得较大进展,尤其在MicroRNA、lncRNA、细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶、淀粉样前体蛋白及免疫活性物质方面。故就ASD外周血潜在生物标志物的研究进展做一综述,以期为ASD的病理机制研究、早期诊断及开发药物治疗新靶点提供帮助。 Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder with social disorders,restrictive behaviors and restricted interests as the core symptoms.The prevalence rate is currently up to 1/54,but the etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear.Finding biomarkers that can objectively and effectively predict ASD risk factors or screen children with suspicious ASD has become a research hotspot.In recent years,great progress has been made in the study of potential biomarkers in peripheral blood of ASD,especially in the areas of MicroRNA,lncRNA,extracellular signal-regulated kinase,amyloid precursor protein,and immunologically active substances.This article reviews the research progress of potential biomarkers in peripheral blood of ASD,with a view to providing help for the study of the pathological mechanism of ASD,early diagnosis and development of new targets for drug therapy.
