摘要
采用高密度聚乙烯、玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯、碳酸钙和膨胀蛭石微粉辅以相关功能助剂,通过一阶熔融塑化和二阶连续稳定挤出冷却定型成型工艺,制备了聚烯烃基复合材料轨枕型材。结果标明:轨枕型材的弯曲强度可达27.25 MPa,弯曲模量可达2.13×103 MPa,纵向压缩强度可达29.26 MPa;在500 kN载荷条件下轨枕型材的最大变形量为3.35 mm,永久变形量为0.40 mm,在拉拔速度为25 mm/min条件下的道钉抗拔力可达90 kN,在-30~80℃的平均线性热膨胀系数为73.33×10-6/℃。
The sleeper profiles with polyolefin composite material which contains high density polyethylene,glass fiber reinforced polypropylene,calcium carbonate,expanded vermiculite and functional additives were prepared by first order melting and second order continuous stable extrusion cooling stereotypes molding process.The results show that the bending strength,bending modulus and the longitudinal compression strength of the sleeper profiles can be up to 27.25,2.13×103,29.26 MPa respectively.The maximum deformation and permanent deformation of the sleeper profiles under 500 kN load is about 3.35 mm and 0.40 mm.Under the drawing speed of 25 mm/min the spike pulling force can be up to 90 kN,and the average of coefficient of linear thermal expansion can be to 73.33×10-6/℃within-30~80℃.
