环保型超高流动性高结晶PP的研制及应用

摘要 开发了熔体流动速率(MFR)为90~100 g/10 min的超高流动性均聚聚丙烯PPH-MN90B。从主催化剂的选择、助剂包的设计、工艺参数的优化等方面进行了初步的分析,进一步对产品的微观结构、性能对比、环保性、加工性等进行了表征。结果表明:PPH-MN90B是一款综合性能优异、环保健康、用途广泛的高结晶均聚聚丙烯树脂,该产品填补了国内在此方面的空白。 Ultra-high flowability homo-polypropylene(PPH-MN90B)with MFR of 90~100 g/10 min was developed.The selection of main catalyst,the design of additive package and the optimization of processing parameters were discussed.The microstructure,performance,environmental friendliness and processing applications of PPH-MN90B product were further studied.The results show that PPH-MN90B is high-crystallinity homo-polypropylene resin with excellent overall performance,environmental friendliness and extensive uses,which has filled up domestic market in this field.
