触头盒成型工艺模拟及优化

Simulation and Process Improvement on the Warping Deformation of a kind of Insulation Products

摘要 以10 kV触头盒为例,采用NX软件建立三维模型,通过有限元软件模拟混合料在模具填充、固化的过程,以翘曲变形大小为衡量标准,得到最佳工艺数据,分析各工艺参数影响程度。通过实际生产及试验验证:用优化后工艺数据生产的触头盒,质量合格。 Taking 10 kV contact box as an example,a 3D model with NX was established,and the filling and curing was carried out by finite element software,with the warping deformation as the judgment standard.The best combination of process database was obtained,and the effect of various factors was analyzed.Actual production and experiment verify that quality is up to specification to produce contact box on process database optimization.
