石墨烯添加剂对磁力泵止推滑动轴承耐磨性的影响

摘要 利用MDW-100型多功能摩擦磨损试验机的环-环摩擦副,在试验载荷为300 N、试验转速为1480 r/min和环境温度为40℃的模拟工况下,开展石墨烯添加剂质量分数对磁力泵止推滑动轴承耐磨性影响的单元试验研究。结果表明,VG46#机械用基础油中石墨烯添加剂对止推滑动轴承有较好的减磨效果,在测试的石墨烯添加剂含量范围内,当石墨烯添加剂的质量分数为0.08%时,环-环摩擦副的减磨效果最好,其摩擦系数减小18%,磨损量降低46.75%,该研究为利用石墨烯添加剂提升磁力泵止推轴承的减磨性能和延长使用寿命提供了试验支撑。 To carry out the unit test of the effect of graphene additive mass fraction on the wear resistance for magnetic pump thrust sliding bearing under the simulated condition with the test force is 300 N,the speed is 1480 r/min and the environment temperature is 40℃via the MDW-100 type testing machine.The results show that the graphene additive in VG46#mechanical base oil has an ideal anti-wear effect on the thrust sliding bearing.When the mass fraction of graphene additive is 0.08%,the ring-ring friction pair has the best anti-wear effect,with the friction coefficient reduced by 18%and the wear loss reduced by 46.75%,which provided experimental support for improving the anti-wear performance and prolonging the service life of thrust bearing of magnetic pump by adding graphene additive.
