摘要
[目的/意义]针对现有数字图书馆馆藏群体评价方法大多是基于单一定量信息的情况,提出一种包含精确数、区间数、语言信息的数字图书馆馆藏群体评价方法。[方法/过程]定义了三种不同的转换函数,将评价群体给出的数字图书馆馆藏混合评价信息一致化为二元语义信息;基于CONCOR法对各评价者的综合评价矩阵进行聚类分析,并利用二元语义密度算子对其进行集结;依据最大离差法确定数字图书馆馆藏指标权重,在此基础上利用二元语义加权算术平均算子对群体综合评价矩阵进行集结;选取某数字图书馆馆藏评价实例进行分析。[结果/结论]该方法能够得到较为合理的评价结果,是一种有效的数字图书馆馆藏评价方法。
[Purpose/significance]In view of the fact that most of the existing evaluation methods of digital library collection group are based on a single quantitative information,the paper puts forward an evaluation method of digital library collection group,which includes accurate number,interval number and language information.[Method/process]Firstly,three different conversion functions are defined to unify the mix evaluation information of digital library collection given by the evaluation group into binary semantic information.Secondly,based on Concor method,the comprehensive evaluation matrix of each evaluator is clustered and aggregated by binary semantic density operator.Then,the binary semantic weighted arithmetic average operator is used to aggregate the group comprehensive evaluation matrix based on the maximum deviation method to determine the weight of digital library collection index.Finally,the paper analyzes the collection evaluation of a digital library.[Result/conclusion]This method can get more reasonable evaluation results,and is an effective collection evaluation method of digital library.
