摘要
通过配方设计,选择合适树脂、粉料及助剂,制备一种水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料,该涂料具有90~120 min的耐火极限,48 h自来水浸泡实验,涂层无起层、发泡、脱落现象,隔热效率衰减量≤20%;探讨了原料、工艺、施工方式对涂料耐水性的影响。
Through formula design, selecting suitable resins, powders and additives to prepare a waterborne intumescent fire-retardant coating for steel structure.It has a fire resistance limit of 90~120 min. In 48 hour tap water immersion test, the coating has no layering, foaming, or falling off. The attenuation of heat insulation efficiency is less than 20 %. The influence of raw materials, preparation process, construction method on the water resistance of the coating is discussed.
