摘要
针对道路运输事故次生突发水环境事件重油泄露入河行为,通过模拟试验,研究罐车以小裂开面积(0~9×10-4 m2)的泄露速度(0.1、0.4、0.6、1.1 L/s)泄露后自然砂土边坡(5、10、15°)对重油的截留影响。试验结果表明:(1)单位长度截留时间与坡度、泄漏速度分别有线性关系;(2)泄漏速度不是单位面积截留量的影响因子,建立单位面积截留量与坡度回归方程I=-0.101S+4.850;(3)初步拟定小裂开面积下,重油单位长度截留时间为4~8 min,单位面积截留量3~6 L,大裂开面积可以此为参考,以期为泄露重油入河时间、入河量提供参考。
Aiming at the behavior of heavy oil leaking into the river in the secondary sudden water environment incident of road transportation accidents, the simulation tanker leaked with a small cracked area(0~9×10-4 m2) at a leakage rate(0.1, 0.4, 0.6, 1.1 L/s) after leakage Influence of natural sand slope(5, 10, 15°) on the interception of heavy oil. The test results show that:(1) The interception time per unit length has a linear relationship with the slope and the leakage rate respectively;(2) The leakage rate is not an influencing factor of the interception per unit area. A regression equation for the interception per unit area and slope I=-0.101 S+4.850 is established;(3) With a small cracked area, the interception time per unit length of heavy oil is 4~8 min, and the interception volume per unit area is 3~6 L, in this way, we can estimate the time and volume of leaked heavy oil into the river.
