芳烃装置吸附塔循环泵切换对产品纯度影响分析及对策

摘要 本文根据某炼油厂芳烃联合装置吸附塔循环泵切换作业中,出现的PX产品不合格现象进行了原因分析。结合IFP吸附分离工艺原理、当日操作记录、循环泵现场实际情况等方面进行论证,得出导致PX产品纯度下降的原因并讨论了应对措施,形成经验总结,为同类装置循环泵切换的工艺管理及现场操作提供技术支持。 In this paper, the reasons for the unqualified PX products in the circulation pump switching operation of the adsorption tower in the aromatics combined unit of a refinery are analyzed. Combined with IFP adsorption separation process principle, operation record of the day and actual situation of circulating pump, the reasons leading to the decline of PX product purity were obtained, and the countermeasures were discussed. The experience summary was formed to provide technical support for process management and field operation of circulation pump switching in similar units.
