浅谈回转窑烘煮炉

摘要 回转窑焚烧系统耐火材料施工结束后,经7~15天养护后就要进行烘炉;其配套的余热锅炉必须清除内部杂质、油垢及氧化腐蚀产生的铁锈等污物,以保证锅炉正常运行。为节约成本,回转窑焚烧系统一般烘煮炉同步进行。现以某焚烧项目为例,论述烘煮炉过程中的技术要求及过程控制,并绘制实际烘煮炉曲线、统计能源消耗,为其他项目提供参考。 After the refractory construction of the rotary kiln incineration system is completed, the furnace shall be dried after 7~15 days of curing. The supporting waste heat boiler must be cleaned of internal impurities, grease and rust caused by oxidation, corrosion to ensure the normal operation of the boiler. In order to save costs, the kiln and the waste heat boiler will be heated at the same time. Now take an incineration project as an example to discuss the technical requirements and process control in the baking furnace process, and draw the actual baking furnace curve and count the energy consumption to provide reference for other projects.
