摘要
InertCap WAX为分离柱,建立了气相色谱法测定环境水质中苯酚含量的分析方法。通过优化色谱条件,确定初始温度120℃,样品经乙酸乙酯提取,浓缩后测定,外标法定量。结果表明,苯酚的加标回收率在91.7%~99.0%之间,精密度为0.3%~1.3%,检出限为1.5 mg/L。该方法使用毛细管柱,适用性广,结果重现性好,时间成本低,分离度好,回收率符合要求,能够有效检测水质中的苯酚。
A method for the determination of phenol in environmental water by gas chromatography with inertcap wax column was established. By optimizing the chromatographic conditions, the initial temperature was determined to be 120 ℃, the sample was extracted by ethyl acetate, concentrated and determined, and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the recovery of phenol was 91.7 %~99.0 %, the precision was 0.3 %~1.3 %, and the detection limit was 1.5 mg/L. The method uses capillary column, has wide applicability, good reproducibility, low time cost, good separation and recovery, and can effectively detect phenol in water.
