摘要
建立液相色谱法测定食品接触用竹木制品中二硫氰基甲烷、多菌灵、水杨酰苯胺的检测方法。样品粉碎后用乙腈提取,超声萃取,氮吹复溶,选取菲罗门C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇、水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 m L/min,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测,外标法定量。在此方法条件下,0.1~5.0 mg/L浓度范围内,方法分离度好,线性相关系数大于0.9995,加标回收率为89.5%~108.4%,精密度为1.73%~5.56%。所建立测定竹木餐具中二硫氰基甲烷、多菌灵、水杨酰苯胺三种防腐抑霉剂方法准确度高,重现性好,具有一定实际意义。
A liquid chromatography method for the determination of dithiocyanomethane, carbendazim and salicylanilide in bamboo and wood products for food contact was established. After crushing the sample, it was extracted with acetonitrile, ultrasonically extracted, and redissolved by nitrogen blowing. A diode array detector was used to detect, The quantification was performed by the external standard method. Within the concentration range of 0.1~5.0 mg/L, The method showed good linearities for Caffeine with correlation coefficients(R2) more than 0.9995, a recovery rate of 89.5 %~108.4 %, and a precision of 1.73 %~5.56 %. The established method for the determination of three antiseptic and antifungal agents of dithiocyanomethane, carbendazim and salicylanilide in bamboo and wood tableware has high accuracy, good reproducibility, and certain practical significance.
