摘要
"双一流"建设方案中将拔尖创新人才培养作为一项重要的建设任务,人才培养的基石是培养模式改革。拔尖人才培养必须注重创新思维和实践能力,面向学科前沿、面向国际一流。本研究着重从研究生培养方案、课程教学大纲、教学内容、教学方法及手段、考核方式、培养质量控制、校外平台与师资队伍建设等多方面进行教学改革与实践。探索药学、制药工程等生物医药类交叉学科如何围绕"双一流"建设,培养创新型研究生的新思路和新方法。
The "Double First-class" construction plan takes the training of top-notch innovative talents as an important task, and the reform of training mode is the cornerstone of talent training. The training of top-notch talents must focus on innovative thinking and practical abilities, facing the frontiers of disciplines and world first-class. This research focuses on teaching reform and practice from many aspects, such as postgraduate training program, course syllabus, teaching contents,teaching methods and means, assessment methods, quality control of training, off-campus platforms and construction of teaching staff to explore new ideas and new methods of how to cultivate innovative graduate students around the construction of "Double First-class" for pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering and other biomedical interdisciplinary majors.
