Preliminary Study on the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into the Teaching of Pharmacy Administration

药事管理学科是研究药事管理活动基本规律和一般方法的应用学科,重点在于培养学生的法制意识、责任意识、自律意识和服务意识,使其成为认真负责、对社会有用的高级药学人才。药事管理学授课教师应注重将思想政治教育的育人功能融入课堂教学,充分发挥课程思政的作用。教师要主动加强政治理论学习,积极挖掘药事管理学课程思想元素,创新教学方法,探索课堂新模式,从而更好发挥思政元素对药事管理学教学的促进作用。

The pharmacy administration discipline is an applied discipline that studies the basic laws and general methods of pharmacy management activities which focus on cultivating students’ legal awareness, responsibility awareness, self-discipline awareness and service awareness, making them become serious and responsible pharmaceutic talents. Teachers of pharmacy administration should pay attention to integrating the educational function of ideological and political education into teaching, and give full play to the role of curriculum ideology. Teachers should strengthen the study of political theory actively, explore the ideological elements of the pharmacy administration curriculum positively, innovate teaching methods, and explore new modes of teaching, so as to play the role of ideological and political elements in the teaching of pharmacy administration better.
