摘要
组织学与胚胎学是一门重要的基础医学课程,由于其知识枯燥无味,学生学习存在一定的困难。对于青年教师而言,如何提高组织学与胚胎学的教学能力,是一个极大的挑战。本文从开展岗前培训、青年教师导师制的实行、听课、教案及课件的准备、课前试讲、进行课后反思、积极参与教学类竞赛、积极参与教学研究等方面阐述青年教师教学能力的培养措施。
Histology and Embryology is an important course of basic medical, because of its boring knowledge, students have some difficulties in studying.How to improve the teaching ability of histology and embryology is a great challenge for young teachers. This paper expounds the cultivation measures of young teachers teaching ability from the aspects of pre-post training, the implementation of the tutorial system for young teachers, listening to lectures, the preparation of teaching plans and Courseware, pre-class trial teaching, after-class reflection, active participation in teaching competitions and research and so on.
