摘要
从以下几方面探讨了如何提高食品加工专业课教学质量。对食品专业新生及早进行专业教育、多组织新生参加食品加工类竞赛或课外多动,提高学生专业兴趣。课堂教学中应融汇进食品加工业发展历史、技术研究新进展。在保持正常教学进度下,要善于把食品热点知识整合进相应章节内容。上课时教师应保持良好精神面貌,善于利用讲课技巧。布置一些主动性较强的课外作业。
How to improve the teaching quality of food processing course was discussed from the following aspects. In order to improve students’ professional interest, we should carry out professional education as soon as possible after the students enter the school, and organize more freshmen to participate in food processing competitions or extra-curricular activities. The histories of food processing and new progresses of technology and research should be integrated into the classroom teaching. We should be good at integrating the food hot spots into the corresponding chapters while maintaining the normal teaching progress. In class,teachers should keep a good mental outlook and be good at using teaching skills. Some active homework should be given to students after class.
