弗罗里硅土小柱净化土壤中有机氯农药化合物的研究

摘要 本文通过加压流体萃取法对土壤加标样品进行提取,将提取液经弗罗里硅土小柱净化后,经旋转蒸发仪浓缩、定容、取样后进入气相色谱-质谱仪分析,并对净化前后数据进行对比。得出结论:正己烷和乙醚的混合溶剂对有机氯农药类化合物有较好的洗脱效果,经弗罗里硅土小柱净化后的样品加标回收率范围为71%~91%,其相对标准偏差均小于30%,满足方法要求,且净化前后目标化合物回收率差值在10%以内,大大较少了净化过程中的损失,可以在实验室土壤样品净化中被广泛使用。 In this paper, the soil labeled samples were extracted by pressurized fluid extraction method, and the extracted liquid was purified by the Florite silica column, concentrated by rotary evaporator, fixed volume, sampled and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The data before and after purification were compared. Concluded that the mixed solvent of ether and n-hexane elution of organochlorine pesticide compounds have good results, the Florida silica column after purification, the sample standard addition recovery range of 71 % to 91 %, the relative standard deviation less than 30 %, satisfies the requirement of method, and the target compounds before and after purification recovery difference within 10 %, significantly less loss of the purification process, can be widely used in the purification of laboratory soil samples.
