铁卟啉/胆固醇协同催化反式——二苯乙烯环氧化的研究

摘要 本文报道了以铁卟啉(Fe TPPCl)为催化剂、胆固醇为共底物的反式(trans)-二苯乙烯环氧化。相比单独的Fe TPPCl,在Fe TPPCl/胆固醇协同催化下trans-二苯乙烯转化率提高了6倍。通过考察反应因素包括反应温度、催化剂、共底物和反应时间的影响,得到最优的反应条件,即Fe TPPCl(1.0 mol%),胆固醇(1.0 equiv),110℃和8 h,此时trans-二苯乙烯转化率达到90%,trans-二苯乙烯环氧化物选择性达到69%。 The epoxidation of trans-stilbene catalyzed by iron porphyrin(Fe TPPCl) as the catalyst and cholesterol as the co-substrate was reported. The conversion of trans-stilbene increased to 6 times in the presence of Fe TPPCl and cholesterol compared with the result by only Fe TPPCl. Several reaction parameters including reaction temperature, catalyst, co-substrate and reaction time were investigated, and optimized reaction conditions were Fe TPPCl(1.0 mol %), cholesterol(1 equiv), 110 ℃ and 8 h, where the conversion of trans-stilbene and selectivity of trans-stilbene epoxide were 90 % and 69 %, respectively.
