柠檬果皮精油的成分分析及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柠檬果皮精油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对柠檬果皮精油的成分进行分析,并以V_(C)作为阳性对照,采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1 dipheny1-2 picryl-hydrazyl,DPPH),2,2-联氮基-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二氨盐(2,2’-amino-di (2-ethyl-benzothiazoline sulphonic acid-6)ammonium salt,ABTS)自由基清除能力以及铁离子还原法(FRAP法)来综合评价柠檬果皮精油的抗氧化能力。结果表明,柠檬果皮精油中共鉴定出35种挥发性物质,占精油总量的93.28%,主要成分为D-柠檬烯(69.48%)、γ-松油烯(10.48%)和β-蒎烯(5.28%);柠檬果皮精油对DPPH和ABTS自由基清除力均相当于2 mg/kg V_(C),其总抗氧化能力相当于0.6 mg/kg VC,柠檬果皮精油具有一定的抗氧化能力,可广泛应用于食品、化妆品等领域。 The components of lemon peel essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The antioxidant capacity of lemon peel essential oil was e-valuated by 1,1 dipheny1-2 picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH) and 2,2’-amino-di(2-ethyl-benzothiazol-ine sulphonic acid-6) ammonium salt(ABTS+·) free radical scavenging ability and its tota-l antioxidant capacity(FRAP method). V_(C) was used as the positive control. The results showed that 35 volatile compounds, accounting for 93.28 % of the essential oil, were identified in lemon peel oil, and the main constituents were D-Limonene(69.48 %), γ-Terpinene(10.48 %), β-Pinene(5.20 %), etc. The scavenging effect of lemon peel essential oil on DPPH free radical and ABTS+ free radical was 2 mg/kg V_(C) equivalent, and its total antioxidant capacity was 0.6 mg/kg VC equivalent. Therefore, lemon peel essential oil has certain antioxidant ability and can be widely used in food, cosmetics and other fields.
