南海海上油气田应急开关间噪声频谱特征研究 被引量:1

Study on Noise Spectrum Characteristics of Emergency Motor Control Center(EMCC) Room in Offshore Oil and Gas Field of South China Sea

摘要 目的:对南海某海上油气田正常生产的应急开关间噪声频谱特征进行测量研究,为智慧油田建设提供基础支撑。方法:使用已检定的NA-28实时频谱及噪声分析仪测量应急开关间工人巡检位噪声强度和倍频程中心频率从12.5 Hz到20000 Hz的频谱特征。结果:该海上油田正常生产的应急开关间工人巡检位噪声为66.1 dB(A),噪声倍频程中心频率为630 Hz时倍频带声压级最大(为57.9 dB),倍频程中心频率为12.5Hz、16 Hz和20 Hz时倍频带声压级均最小(为5.1 dB)。结论:该海上油气田正常生产的应急开关间工人巡检位噪声倍频程中心频率在200~3150Hz时倍频带声压级大于50 dB小于60 dB,以中频和高频噪声为主。该海上油田正常生产的应急开关间工人巡检位噪声频谱特征可以为应急开关间故障智能预警和故障智能诊断提供参考。 Objective: To measure the noise spectrum characteristics of EMCC room in mornal production of an offshore oil and gas field of South China Sea,provide basic support for the construction of smart oilfield. Methods: The spectrum characteristics of noise intensity and octave center frequency from 12.5 Hz to20000 Hz of EMCC room were measured with NA-28 real-time spectrum and noise analyzer. Results: The noise of inspection position of workers in the EMCC room in mornal production of the offshore oil field was 66.1 dB(A). When the center frequency of noise octave was 630 Hz, the sound pressure level of octave band was the largest(57.9 dB). When the center frequency of noise octave was 12.5 Hz, 16 Hz and 20 Hz, the sound pressure level of octave band was the smallest(5.1 dB). Conclusion: This study shows that when the center frequncy of octave band is 200~3150 Hz, the sound pressure level of octave band is more than 50 dB and less than 60 dB, which is mainly composed of medium frequency and high frequency noise. And the noise specturm characteristic of inspection position of workers in the EMCC room in mornal production of the offshore oil and gas field can provide the basis for intelligent fault early warning and intelligent fault diagnosis of the EMCC room.
