摘要
目的:分析水下构件表面附着生物厚度,为海上平台附着生物的厚度设计和清理周期提供依据。方法:在南海文昌海域某海上平台安装投产后第6年,基于常规水面供气空气潜水作业方式,开展水下构件表面附着生物的测量。结果:标高0 m到标高-50 m的所有构件表面:附着硬质海生物覆盖率为100%,附着硬质海生物最大厚度及平均厚度与标高的关系均呈显著负相关(P<0.05),附着硬质海生物最大厚度及平均厚度均超过设计值。结论:本研究表明海上平台在海上安装投产6年内水下构件表面被附着硬质海生物100%覆盖,研究中确定的标高0 m到标高-50 m的构件表面附着硬质海生物厚度与标高的模型可以为南海文昌海域及类似海域海上平台水下构件表面附着生物的厚度设计及清理周期设计提供借鉴。
Objective: To analyze the thickness of attached marine organisms(AMO) on the surface of underwater components, provide basis for the thickness of AMO design and cleaning cycle design of AMO on offshore platform. Methods: In the 6 th year after the installation and operation of an offshore platform in Wenchang Area of South China Sea, based on the conventional surface air supply air diving operation mode, AMO on the surface of underwater components were measured. Results: The coverage rate of attached hard marine organisms(AHMO) was 100 %, and the relationship between the maximum thickness and average thickness of AHMO was significantly negative respectively(P<0.05), while the maximum thickness and average thick of AHMO exceeded the design value, on the surface of the underwater components from the elevation of 0 m to-50 m. Conclusion: The study suggests that the surface of the underwater components is covered by 100 % of the AHMO within 6 years or less after the offshore platform was installed and put into operation. While the relationship model between the thickness of AHMO and elevation from the elevation of 0 m to-50 m can provide reference for the thickness design and cleaning cycle design of the surface of underwater structures of offshore platform in Wenchang Sea Area of South China Sea and similar sea areas.
