摘要
抗生素作为一类非常重要的抗菌药物,在各个行业中均有广泛应用,但因其水溶性强且不易挥发等特点,在水环境中不易去除且长期稳定存在。现阶段,有多种处理水中抗生素的技术手段,其中吸附法具有成本低、操作简单、适应性强、无二次污染等优点,在高效环保去除方面具有广泛应用。金属有机框架材料(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)具有较高孔隙率和较大比表面积与孔径,已被广泛用于吸附水中抗生素。因此本文主要介绍抗生素使用现状与危害及MOFs吸附抗生素的研究进展。
Antibiotics, as a distinctly group of antimicrobial drugs, are used extensively in diversified fields. However, because of its strong water solubility and non-volatile, Antibiotics are difficult to be removed and will exist in water environment for a long time. At present, as one of various antibiotics removal techniques,adsorption has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, strong adaptability and no secondary pollution, and has been widely used in the pollutant’s removal efficiently and environmentally. By virtue of high porosity, large surface area and pore size, Metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs) exhibit significant advantages in adsorption of antibiotic. Therefore, this paper aims to introduce the application status and crisis of antibiotics and report the latest research progress of antibiotic adsorption with MOFs.
