摘要
氧化铝外观为一种白色、粉末状,无杂物。分子式为α-Al_(2)O_(3)。氧化铝材料具有耐高温性、耐火性能优等特点,可以满足作为锂离子电池隔膜的涂覆材料的要求,从而可以达到锂离子电池对隔膜高安全性的要求。本文介绍了一种高耐热陶瓷涂覆锂离子电池隔膜的制备方法及涂覆陶瓷浆料后锂离子电池隔膜的微观结构、耐热收缩、机械强度等性能。
Alumina appearance for a white, powder, no sundries. Formula forα-Al_(2)O_(3). Alumina material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and excellent fire resistance, it can be used as a coating material for lithium ion battery membrane, thus, it can meet the high safety requirements of lithium ion batteries for diaphragm. This paper introduces a preparation method of high heat resistant ceramic coated lithium ion battery membrane and the microstructure, heat resistant shrinkage, mechanical strength and other properties of lithium ion battery membrane coated ceramic paste.
