摘要
近年来,新型低维碳纳米材料的发展日新月异,独特的微观结构和形貌,使其具有优异的电学、热学、力学和光学等特性,在纳米器件、传感器、柔性电池、柔性可穿戴器件等领域有很好的应用前景。本文综述了具有代表性的富勒烯、碳纳米管和石墨烯三类低维碳纳米材料的特性、制备技术及应用研究进展,探讨了碳纳米材料的应用前景和发展趋势。
In recent years, the development of new low-dimensional carbon nanomaterials is changing rapidly. With unique microstructure and morphology, it has excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and optical properties, and has a good application prospect in nano devices, sensors, flexible batteries, flexible wearable devices and other fields. In this paper, the characteristics, preparation technology and application of three typical low-dimensional carbon nanomaterials, including fullerenes, carbon nanotubes and graphene, are reviewed, and the application prospect and development trend of carbon nanomaterials are discussed.
