摘要
分析了《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》(GB18484-2020)生效后相关企业面临的挑战,指出了技术提标的必要性;从工艺和原理上介绍了干法循环流化吸附再生式烟气脱硫脱硝技术,并考察了将其用于危废焚烧烟气处理在技术上的可行性。进一步的技术经济、环保效益、社会效益的分析表明,对现有的危废焚烧烟气脱硫脱硝进行技术改造具有可行性。
The challenges to the incineration units with taking effect of Standard for pollution control on hazardous waste incineration(GB 18484-2020) have been considered. The necessities for the removal technologies of SOx and NOx have been emphasized. The de SOx and de NOx method with dry circulating fluidization bed has been introduced in principle and process. And the technical feasibility of the former method on treatment of flue gas from hazardous waste incineration has been investigated. The analysis of technical economy, environmental protection benefit and social benefit indicted that the modifications of removal of SOx and NOx from hazardous waste incineration with the dry circulating fluidization bed method is feasible.
