摘要
随着全国垃圾强制分类政策的逐步推行,垃圾填埋、焚烧等传统方案造成邻避效应以及乡村振兴战略的提出,有关部门和环卫服务商亟需稳定可靠的就地处置方案。高温好氧发酵作为目前国内较为成熟且应用范围较广的餐厨垃圾就地处理工艺之一,具有产品能资源化产生经济效益、投资运营费用低、维护管理方便等优点。本文从餐厨垃圾在国内外的处理现状出发,简述了该工艺在实际应用中的重难点以及优势,并指出好氧发酵工艺现阶段的技术瓶颈及发展前景。
With the implementation of the Compulsory Waste Classification Policy, the NIMBY effect caused by traditional schemes such as landfill and incineration, and the proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy, the relevant departments and environmental sanitation service providers need stable and reliable on-site waste disposal schemes. Thermophilic Aerobic Fermentation, as one of the most mature and widely used in-site treatment processes of kitchen waste in China,not only has products could bring economic benefits, but also has the advantages of low investment and operation cost, convenient maintenance, and management,etc. Based on the current situation of global food waste treatment, this paper briefly describes the key points, difficulties and advantages of thermophilic aerobic fermentation technology in practical application, and points out the technical bottleneck of thermophilic aerobic fermentation technology at the present stage.
