工业企业挥发性有机物综合整治工作的问题与对策探析

An Analysis of the Problems and Solutions in the Comprehensive Rectification of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) in Industrial Enterprises

笔者通过组织开展珠三角某市73家重点企业的VOCs"一企一策"综合整治方案评审与整治效果核实评估工作,总结了挥发性有机物综合整治过程中存在的数据失真、源头替代困难、台账管理不规范、环境保护与安全生产要求相冲突等问题,对问题产生的原因进行深入分析,为进一步推进工业企业挥发性有机物综合整治工作提出建议。

Through the review of VOCs "one enterprise, one policy" comprehensive reification solution, together with the evaluation on the result which were carried out in 73 key industrial enterprises in one of the cities in Pearl River Delta, the author summarizes the problems of data distortion, difficulties in source substitution, non-standard inventory management, and conflicts between environmental protection and safety production requirements in the process of comprehensive rectification of VOCs, followed by the in-depth analysis of causes of problems to present suggestions for further comprehensive rectification of VOCs in industrial enterprises.
