摘要
含铜含镍污泥是危险废物,随意处置将造成极大的环境污染和资源浪费。本文基于含铜含镍污泥来源、性质,探讨了目前国内含铜含镍污泥主要的三大类资源化利用技术及其分类。详述了各类工艺的原理及其优缺点,并对火法熔炼与湿法提炼工艺特点进行了多方面比较。
The sludge containing copper and nickel is a type of hazardous waste, which can cause great environmental pollution and resource waste without reasonable disposal. Three main domestic resource utilization technologies and their classifications of sludge containing copper and nickel were discussed, based on the source and property of sludge containing copper and nickel. The principles, advantages and disadvantages of various processes were described in detail. The characteristics of pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgical refining were compared.
