摘要
按照HJ 77.4-2008方法,采用高分辨气/质法测定土壤和沉物样品中二恶英等价毒性当量(I-TEQ)。通过建立相关的数学模型,分析了该方法不确定的主要来源,并确定了不确定度评价方法。结果表明:土壤和沉物中二恶英等价毒性当量(I-TEQ)的结果及扩展不确定度为(66.90±7.24)ng/kg,包含因子k为2。该评估模型为土壤和沉物中二恶英等价毒性当量测定不确定度评价提供了参考依据。
According to the method of HJ 77.4-2008, dioxins in soil and sediment samples were analyzed by high resolution gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, and the toxic equivalent quantity(I-TEQ) were calculated.The sources of uncertainty were analyzed and Uncertainty evaluation of dioxins in soil and sediment had been set up for whole measurement procedure by mathematic method. The results show that: the determination result and expanded combined uncertainty(k=2) of dioxins in soil and sediment were(66.90±7.24) ng/kg. This evaluation model can provide a reference for evaluating the uncertainty in determination of dioxins in soil and sediment.
