QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定4种有机氯农药 被引量:3

摘要 本文使用Qu ECh ERS法前处理,气相色谱仪测定,通过改变气相色谱仪测定条件,对腐霉利、甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯4种有机氯农药残留量进行了测定。结果表明,此方法相关系数(r2)0.99以上;最小检出限0.00014~0.001,符合NY/T 761-2008检出限要求;在添加浓度为0.05 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,0.50 mg/kg时,回收率在88.8%~109.8%;每水平的6个平行实验室内变异系数(CV)在1.5~9.6,满足GB/T27404-2008精密度要求。 In this paper, we were using Qu ECh ERS method to pretreatment, coupled with gas chromatograph, changing gas chromatograph assay requirements,and four organochlorine pesticide residues were determined. The results showed that the method had a correlation coefficient(r2) above 0.99;the minimum detection limit was from 0.00014 to 0.001, met the limit of detection requirements NY/T 761-2008. The recoveries were in the range of 88.8 %~109.8 % at the spiked concentrations of 0.05 mg/kg, 0.10 mg/kg, 0.50 mg/kg, and the intra laboratory coefficients of variation(CV) were in the range of 1.5 to 9.6 for each level of six parallels,met GB/T 27404-2008 precision requirements.
