摘要
甲基汞(CH3Hg)和乙基汞(C2H5Hg)是一种具有神经毒性的环境污染物。使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析含汞溶液时,有极强的记忆效应,且液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用仪造价也十分高,难以广泛使用。如果用高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法的方法分析土壤中的甲基汞和乙基汞,将是一个快速高效、低成本、高准确度、高精密度、适合于实验室批量分析的方法,对土壤中甲基汞和乙基汞含量普查需求具有重要意义。
Methyl Mercury(CH3 Hg) and Ethyl Mercury(C2 H5 Hg) are environmental pollutants with neurotoxicity. When using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) to analyze mercury containing solution, it has a strong memory effect, and the cost of LC-ICP-MS is very high, so it is difficult to be widely used. If the method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used to analyze Methyl Mercury and Ethyl Mercury in soil, it will be a rapid, efficient, low-cost, high accuracy, high precision method suitable for batch analysis in laboratory, which is of great significance to the general investigation of Methyl Mercury and Ethyl Mercury in soil.
