摘要 镉经消化道和呼吸遭进入人体并积累,引起慢性中毒,使肾机能衰退、骨质疏松,还可引起糖尿病、高血压及致癌、致畸等毒性作用。由于灵敏度和检出限达不到限值要求,火焰原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、二硫腙-乙酸丁酯法、镉试剂比色法正被逐步淘汰。石墨炉原子吸收光谱法具有灵敏度高,检出限低,检测成本低等优势,但是该方法的抗干扰能力较弱,所以研究不同基改剂对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中镉的影响,提高石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的灵敏度,降低基体干扰,提高方法准确度具有重要意义。 Cadmium enters the human body and accumulates through the digestive tract and respiration, causing chronic poisoning, renal failure, osteoporosis,diabetes, hypertension, carcinogenesis, teratogenesis and other toxic effects. Because the sensitivity and detection limit can not meet the limit requirements, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, dithizone butyl acetate method and cadmium Reagent Colorimetry are being phased out. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit and low detection cost, but its anti-interference ability is weak.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influence of different base modifiers on the determination of cadmium in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, improve the sensitivity of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, reduce matrix interference and improve the accuracy of the method.
