摘要
反应堆压紧弹簧是堆内构件的重要部件之一,主要作用是在各不同工况下压紧堆内构件,防止因载荷引起的堆内构件轴向位移,其对堆内构件发挥正常功能起着至关重要的作用。文章对压紧弹簧的结构特点、压紧载荷和弹簧刚度等进行了分析,研究了结构、接触摩擦力与接触点间距离等因素对压紧弹簧刚度性能的影响,为压紧弹簧的结构设计提供一定参考建议。
Hold-down spring is an important component of reactor vessel internals,the function of hold-down spring is compress reactor vessel internals under different working conditions,to prevent the axial movement,hold-down spring play an important role in integrated head package.in this article,we analysis the compression loading and stiffness of hold-down spring,and study the impact of structural shape,friction,contact point distance for hold-down spring capability,the result have a certain reference value for hold-down spring design.
