秦二厂SEC反冲洗泵的运行现状及分析

由于杭州湾海水泥沙含量较高,对泵水力部件具有较大的冲蚀作用,秦山第二核电厂SEC反冲洗泵在连续运行约6个月,就需要对其进行解体检修,更换叶轮、泵壳、泵盖等部件。但在实际运行过程中,往往在未到达定期检修前SEC反冲洗泵便出现故障。论文从运行的角度通过在实际运行中出现的一些常见故障和与技改泵的对比,对秦二厂SEC反冲洗泵的运行现状进行分析和建议。
