摘要
500 kA预焙铝电解槽逐渐成为我国电解铝生产的主力槽型,某公司500 kA预焙电解槽由于母线配置、生产管理和工艺技术条件控制方面尚未成熟,电解槽运行稳定性差,易出现电压摆动、针振等现象,电解槽效率低、电耗高。经过对电解质温度、铝水平、分子比等技术条件的优化,电解槽保持了合理的过热度,建立了规整的炉膛,同时规范电解工序关键作业质量,减少人为因素对电解槽运行的干扰,增强电解槽的自适应控制,电解槽运行的稳定性和各项经济技术指标得到了提高。
500 kA prebaked aluminum electrolytic cell has gradually become the main type of electrolytic aluminum production in China.Due to the immature bus configuration,production management and process control,500 ka prebaked aluminum electrolytic cell of a company has poor operation stability,voltage swing and needle vibration,low efficiency and high power consumption.Through the optimization of electrolyte temperature,aluminum level,molecular ratio and other technical conditions,the electrolytic cell maintains a reasonable degree of superheat,establishes a regular furnace,standardizes the key operation quality of the electrolytic process,reduces the interference of human factors on the operation of the electrolytic cell,enhances the adaptive control of the electrolytic cell,and improves the stability of the operation of the electrolytic cell and various economic and technical indicators.
