摘要
煤炭需求量伴随着能源结构和经济形式的发展而逐步减少,笔者对"十二五"期间(2011-2015年)煤矿年产量与事故次数和死亡人数、煤矿事故起因、煤矿生产安全事故等级、发生事故煤矿的经济类型进行统计分析,分析结果表明事故次数和死亡人数均呈现大幅下降,依据分析结果提出了预防煤矿事故发生的措施。
Demand for coal is gradually reduced with the development of energy structure and economic form.Annual coal output of mines,the number,causes,mortality and class of coal mine accidents,and the economic types of coal mines where accidents occur during the 12th Five-Year Plan period(2011-2015)were statistically analyzed in this paper.The results show that both the number of accidents and deaths decreased significantly.Based on the analysis,measures to prevent coal mine accidents are put forward.
