消费者绿色偏好下的闭环供应链生产决策研究

Research on Production Decision Making of Closed Loop Supply Chain Considering Consumers’ Green Preference

针对由一个制造商、一个零售商和一个第三方回收商组成的含新产品和再造品的闭环供应链系统,将消费者绿色偏好纳入研究,分别构建了集中决策下第三方负责回收的绿色度影响下的闭环供应链模型和无绿色度影响下的闭环供应链模型,探讨了消费者绿色偏好对闭环供应链的影响和闭环供应链的最优生产定价决策。研究表明:当闭环供应链参与者不考虑消费者绿色偏好,供应链整体利润下降。随着消费者绿色偏好的增加,产品绿色度也随之增加。最后,通过算例验证模型的有效性和实用性,将消费者绿色偏好纳入决策范围,闭环供应链系统能够产生更大的经济效益。

For a closed-loop supply chain system composed of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recycler with new products and remanufactured products,the green preference of consumers is taken into account.Closed-loop supply chain models under centralized decision,the influence of the green degree of the third party responsible for recycling and the closed-loop supply chain model without the influence of the green degree are built respectively.The study discusses the impact of the green preference of consumers on the closed-loop supply chain and the optimal production pricing decision of supply chain.It is found that when the members of the closed-loop supply chain do not consider the green preferences of consumers,the overall profit of the supply chain declines.With the increasing of green preference of consumers,the green degree of products also increases.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the models are verified by an example,If the green preference of consumers can be included in the decision-making,the closed-loop supply chain system can gain greater benefits and social welfare.
