价值共创视域下大型零售业供应链协同绿色创新路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 绿色创新是一个以供应链为纽带的协同演进的系统过程,作为强调企业间以及与消费者共创价值的理论体系,价值共创对审视供应链绿色创新协同演进有重要的启迪。基于价值共创视角,文中运用扎根理论方法,选取两家大型零售业供应链进行案例分析,研究发现:(1)外部因素和核心企业驱动是供应链协同绿色技术创新主要驱动因素,其中核心企业能力对核心企业驱动强度有关键作用;(2)供应链协同绿色创新内容包括战略共识、知识共享、技术共研、绿色实践和价值共赢。文中研究可为零售业企业如何协同供应链各节点企业发展绿色创新提供参考价值。 Value co-creation is an important approach for the collaborative evolution of green innovation in supply chains.The essence of green innovation cooperation in supply chain systems is value creation.How all parties in the supply chain work together to evolve green innovation is an important issue.This paper uses grounded theory to select the two supply chains of multinational retail leader Wal-Mart and local retail industry Yonghui.The research finds:①Supply chain external competition factors and core enterprise drive are the main driving factors in supply chain collaborative green technology innovation,among which the core enterprise capability plays a key role in the core enterprise drive strength;②The supply chain collaborative green innovation includes five factors:strategic consensus,knowledge sharing,technology joint research,green practice and value win-win.This study can provide reference value for how retail enterprises cooperate with each nodal enterprise in the supply chain to develop green innovation.
