基于供应链金融下的物流模式探索——拼多多物流设想可行性研究

Research on Logistics Mode Based on Supply Chain Finance——Study on the Feasibility of Pinduoduo Logistics Assumption

近年来,物流和供应链金融相互结合的新型模式逐渐得到了行业内各大企业的重视。在这一模式下,物流和供应链管理与金融有机地结合在一起,形成了一种涉及多个行业的新型业务。物流和供应链金融有机结合,在传统的物流及供应链管理的基础上增加一个新的涉及领域,即资金流。这使得两者不能被充分的认知。这一情况不但影响了物流和供应链金融知识体系的有效发展和完善,而且还没有相应的措施活动。因此,文中以拼多多为例,对其在供应链金融下的物流模式进行探索与创新,验证其可行性。

In recent years,the combination of logistics and supply chain finance has gradually attracted the attention of major enterprises in the industry.In the first mock exam,logistics and supply chain management are integrated with finance,forming a new business involving many industries.The organic combination of logistics and supply chain finance,on the basis of traditional logistics and supply chain management,adds a new involved field,namely capital flow.This makes the two can not be fully recognized.This situation not only affects the effective development and improvement of logistics and supply chain finance knowledge system,but also has no corresponding measures.Therefore,this paper takes pinduoduo as an example to explore and innovate its logistics mode under the supply chain finance,and verify its feasibility.
