SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Logistics Development in Hanzhong City

汉中市是秦巴山区的一处盆地,物产丰富,生态环境良好,有着"西北小江南"的美誉。正是优质的自然环境为汉中地区提供了种植绿色农产品的先天条件,但由于物流基础设施落后,品牌竞争力不强等原因使得汉中地区丰富的农产品在外销路不佳。文中先介绍了汉中市现有的农产品物流运作模式,再用SWOT分析法从内在优势、劣势和外部环境的机会与威胁分析了当地农产品物流的情况,最后提出相应对策。

Hanzhong City is a basin in the Qinba Mountains,with rich products and good ecological environment,and has the reputation of"small river in the northwest".It is the high-quality natural environment that provides the Hanzhong area with the innate conditions for planting green agricultural products.However,due to the backward logistics infrastructure and the weak brand competitiveness,the abundant agricultural products in the Hanzhong area are not well sold abroad.This article first introduces the existing agricultural product logistics operation mode of Hanzhong City,then uses SWOT analysis to analyze the local agricultural product logistics from the internal advantages,disadvantages and opportunities and threats of the external environment,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures.
